Kenya Sustainable Potato Initiative kick off: inception meeting held with official launch set for Nyandarua County

On 6th and 7th August 2024, NPCK, AGRA, KALRO, Egerton University, Viazi Kings Ltd, and Simplifine are holding Kenya Sustainable Potato Initiative (KSPI) Project Inception Meeting at ParkInn by Radisson, Westlands. The project aims to enhance farmers’ access to certified seeds, promote sustainable production practices, build inclusive and structured markets, and improve the enabling environment in 4 potato-growing counties (Nyandarua, Laikipia, Meru, and Nandi). The project will be officially launched on 12th August 2024 in Nyandarua County.
